One of the worst things you can put in your system is soda. Just cutting that out of your diet will help you drop the pounds like crazy. However, in regards to a strong workout, you definitely want to have a healthy supply coming in throughout the day. We recommend anywhere from 2-8 liters depending on how much you're exerting the body.

4. Make Time for Exercise

Remember, if you're trying to lose weight you don't have to be in the gym 24/7. In fact, we know most people don't have the time to even walk from the mailbox to the front door anymore. For instance, park farther away from the department store so you can get some sort of exercise in to burn those calories (steps instead of elevator, etc.).

One of the best ways to burn the fat fast, and still be able to gain muscle is by calorie shifting. It allows you to eat various foods each day, and then monitor the calories. One day may be the normal 2,000 then the next 1,000. Whatever you decide to do it will confuse your metabolism into continuously burning.
